You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
đ Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
âĸ Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must show no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.
âĸ Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including the luxury jewelry box, protective pouches, and any authenticity certificates or Moissanite GRA grading reports. Missing certificates will result in a $50 replacement fee or rejection of the return.
âĸ Security Tags: If your item arrived with a security tag attached, it must still be intact. Removing the tag voids your ability to return the item.
â Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
âĸ Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Any custom-designed jewelry, personalized nameplates, specific size alterations, custom grillz, or pieces made specifically to order cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales on custom work are final.
âĸ Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance events or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be refunded.

đĻ How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@centuriajewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include clear photos of the jewelry to verify its condition.
- If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
đ° Refunds & Restocking Fees
âĸ Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility rules.
âĸ Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
âĸ Restocking Fee: Due to the high value and detailed cleaning/inspections required for hip-hop jewelry, all eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
